Employee of the Month


I'm learning something new everytime I do one of these portrait illustrations. I pushed this one a little bit more than the others and hopefully that will continue as I keep on doing these. I would love to hear what you guys think about this direction and any comments or critisisms you might have.

i like this one the most... for me, the frame is ok - but more interesting is the guy in the middle - especially the colors
